Native macadamia trees evolved in the very region our farm is nestled in the hinterland of the eastern coast of Australia, 60 thousand years ago. Macadamia trees live up to 300 years, and they fruit throughout. Their roots bind the undisturbed soil and allow the billions of microorganisms of a bewildering variety to flourish, building vitality into the earth. 🌳🌎

#2. Not only they delight your taste buds with their naturally scrumptious flavor and creamy texture with a hint of buttery undertone, macadamias are little kernels of goodness for you, inside + out. Macadamia oil has the highest ratio of heart-friendly monounsaturated fats among all the oils – even more than the sacred olive oil that so many people praise! Macadamias are naturally rich in omega 9 – they earned their ‘superfood’ status via several studies that showed their efficacy in fighting inflammation – which is at the root of most diseases such as arthritis, cancer, heart disease, and diabetes. 🌰👩🏻‍🍳
