Overnight Buckwheat

This is a quick make-ahead breakfast or mid-day snack with 3 simple ingredients. For Good Granola’s buckwheat granola adds incredible flavor and is loaded with superfood seeds for sustained energy throughout your day. Milkadamia’s Unsweetened Milk …(milkadamia to insert). The recipe uses For Good Granola’s Smoky Pineapple granola, but you can use any of your favorite For Good Granola buckwheat varieties.
Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana, mashed
- 1 cup For Good Granola, Smoky Pineapple
- 1 cup milkadamia Milk Unsweetened
- Toppings of choice (flaked coconut, seeds, berries, maple or date syrup, tahini, nut butter)
Method
- Add banana, For Good Granola, and milkadamia Milk to a 32 oz glass jar with lid. Stir to combine. Seal with lid and refrigerate overnight, or up to 3 days.
- To enjoy cold, transfer to serving bowl and add your toppings of choice.
- These overnight groats are also delicious warm – microwave for 45-60 seconds, stir, and add toppings!
