Anything But Basic Crepes

Crepes may be french, but milkadamia Creamy means these lactose free crepes are ooh la la!
INGREDIENTS
Dry ingredients:
- 1 ⅓ c. whole wheat flour (all-purpose flour also works great)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp. sugar (can use coconut sugar)
- ¼ tsp. salt
Wet ingredients:
- 2 cups milkadamia Creamy, plus 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the milk and vinegar to create buttermilk and let it sit for about 5 minutes.
- Mix all of the dry ingredients and then combine with the buttermilk mixture.
- Top with your favorite berries or warmed hazelnut spread.
