Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened cashew milk
  • 2 scoops of Nuzest Vanilla Pea Protein (use code PURELYHL for a discount)
  • 2 organic eggs
  • 2 tbsp of sugar alternative
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp of Mexican vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup of sugar-free caramel syrup

Toppings

  • 1 cup of crushed Magic Spoon Chocolate Cereal
  • 3 tbsp of sugar-free caramel syrup
  • Banana slices

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend all the ingredients for the custard until smooth.
  3. Pour the sugar-free caramel syrup into a small container.
  4. Top with the blended custard mixture.
  5. Place the small baking dish in a larger baking dish and fill the larger dish halfway with water (using the water bath method).
  6. Bake for 30-40 minutes.
  7. Mix the ingredients for the topping.
  8. Allow the custard to cool completely.
  9. Carefully flip the custard onto a serving plate and add the toppings. Enjoy!
