Chocolate Easter Egg Waffles

These Chocolate Easter Egg Waffles recipe is just perfect to make during the weekends or for meal prep, it's easy to make and extremely delicious!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp of baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp of baking kosher salt
  • 1/4 cup of RxSugar allulose (use code MARIA20 for a discount)
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/2 tsp of butter flavor drops
  • 1 tsp of vanilla extract
  • 1 cup of Milkadamia Macadamia Milk (or your favorite milk)
  • 3 tbsp of crushed mini Cadbury eggs

    Instructions

    1. Mix the dry ingredients for the waffles, then incorporate the rest of the ingredients. Stir without overmixing.
    2. Cook on a waffle griddle for 3-4 minutes or on a skillet for 1-2 minutes per side on medium-low heat.
