Homemade Omega Crunch Granola

Time: 30 minutes plus cooling time
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Tbsp. Pure Macadamia Oil
- 1 c. rolled gluten free oats
- ½ c. raw cashews
- ½ c. raw almonds
- ½ c. hazelnuts
- ½ c. raw pumpkin seeds
- ½ c. dried cherries
- ½ c. shredded coconut
- ⅓ c. maple syrup
- pinch of sea salt
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper and preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Pour the granola mixture onto the baking sheet. Spread evenly but keep the granola touching so that you can break it apart later.
- Bake for 20-22 mins. Let it cool for 20 mins – it will harden and get crunchy as it cools!
- Enjoy! Store in an air-tight container.
